“Good day. How are you doing? As you can see, it is the end of the week, which means I’m here in Internet profits HQ. And I want to give you a quick recap of the week behind the scenes here at Internet Profits…

What we’ve been working on, what are the things that we’ve been doing? What have been the main priorities, the progress, the lessons and the learnings, and all kinds of good stuff behind the scenes here?

Two main, big things happened this week, in terms of myself. Last week I was actually away in Greece, and we’ve got plenty of footage over the next week to share with you about that. So I look forward to sharing some of my experiences with you guys.

But now that I’ve been back, I’ve been catching up on some stuff…

Firstly, this week we actually launched a small, intimate VIP coaching group that was specifically only available for people that are already our Certified Partners. So we offered this to a small group of people. And that actually began this week.

So how it all kicked off was – we held these group sessions, but everybody got 30 minutes one-on-one time with me. And the thing that I did – the structure that I used – is something that you could probably benefit from in your business as well, if you approach things in this way.

In that 30 minutes, first of all I basically got a complete rundown of where they’re at right now, what their plans are, what their ideas are, strategies, results, or whatever. Whatever was going on. A complete deep-dive into where they are in their business.

Then in the remaining time that we had left… So that took maybe like 15 to 20 minutes let’s just say for each person… Then in the 10 minutes that was left, I gave some immediate, actionable advice that they could go and do – and spend the next few days doing – to see the biggest, most significant progress.

I don’t know about you, but it’s easy to feel like there are a million and one things to focus on. Like, there’s just so many things to do, so many things to think about and focus on. And because of that, we can become almost paralyzed in not moving forwards. You know what I mean?

It’s kind of like you get stuck feeling busy and acting busy. But actually, if you look at where you’re going – are the key areas of your business are moving forwards? The answer is a lot of the times, “Not really.”

And so that’s the big, big takeaway from that – and was what everybody was seeing and learning from, in that environment. Focus on the one or two things that, if you get done this next week is going to have the biggest impact on your income and your business.

So that was a big thing. Another big area that I’ve been focused on this week, which I’m so excited to get out there is…

We Are Working On A Huge, Huge Webinar System And Campaign

When I say huge, I’m literally talking like – we intend to make 10 plus million dollars over the next 12 months with this campaign.

And so we’re putting a lot of work in behind the scenes. We have recruited the services of an awesome copywriter, who’s going to assist with the the crafting of the campaign, the registration campaign, the replay follow-up campaign, He’s gonna hopefully be starting in the next week or so.

I personally been really optimizing and working on the actual presentation. This is a presentation that we took from the last couple of years. It’s something that’s already generated millions of dollars in sales. And we’ve been improving on it, making it even better.

That’s why we kind of just shut the doors to any affiliates or joint venture partners with it, and we’ve been working on it.

If you don’t know, I’m also in Russell Brunson’s Inner Circle Mastermind group. So I’ve actually had the great fortune of unquestionably probably one of the best webinar sales people in the industry, which is Russell Brunson, consulting with and reviewing and advising on the presentation itself. The hooks, the offer, and all this kind of good stuff.

And we’re in a position right now where, obviously we’ve got to run this again – this latest version. But it is killer! I don’t believe there are many offers out there that are as strong (and actually deliver the results to those who purchase it) as what we have here. I truly, wholeheartedly believe that.

And I think that’s one of big things that I want to just share here as well… If you’re not seeing the results that you’d like in your business. Or if you have an audience already and they’re not buying. Then you need to strengthen your offer. You need to make it more valuable.

You see, whenever anyone’s thinking about buying anything – at least this is how I feel about it, and and how I look at our customers.

Imagine you’ve got a scale, and you’ve got the pivot in the middle. On the left hand side you’ve got the value (product) that you’re offering, then on the right hand side is the value (money) you’re asking them to give you. So imagine you’ve got this pivotable scale – the value you’re offering on the left, the value you’re asking in return on the right.

If people aren’t buying, then often it’s because… If they already have a relationship with you – if you’re building and nurturing your audience, but they’re still not buying… Often it’s because the scale is like this… They feel the value (on the right) that you’re asking them to give you, outweighs the value (on the left) they’ll receive in exchange.

Our job as marketers is to enter a market, make them an offer so good that the scale is heavily tipped down to the left… Where it’s like, up here on the right is the (small) value you’re asking from them. And down here on the left is the perceived (large) value of everything that they’re actually being offered and receiving.

When you tip that scale so much, you have a no-brainer offer on your hands. And one of the best things that anyone can ever do to increase conversions and boost affiliate marketing commissions, is to strengthen their offer.

Now what does this mean if you don’t actually control the offer? If you are an affiliate for example? What can you do in that sense when you don’t control the offer? You’re sending traffic to an offer, and you can’t control the actual offer… Obviously assuming that what you’re promoting is a good, solid product. Then what can you do?…

I know I’m being really cryptic right, like, “What’s he on about?” But anyway, nonetheless, the message of the day really – what you can take from that- is always be testing and trying new things.
Don’t be afraid to test stuff, right? A lot of times – I’ll be honest, probably more times than not – things that I try fail. Meaning they don’t improve what we have. They make it worse.

Then I spent a few days actually visiting the Disney World parks. We went to Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot. And it was just incredible!

So why am I sharing all of this? Well, one of the things that became super, super clear to me is – how Disney has become the absolute behemoth company that it has. I did a bit of research – I think they make, was it something like 46 or 48 million dollars a day?
And what’s clear to me is… Yes, they have good products, great products and all that kind of stuff. But what they do have above anything else – is a breathtaking experience. Okay? An absolutely incredible experience.
To the point where… Think about this… Like, I was in one situation at Disney where we actually stood in line, in a queue for one particular ride… Yes, granted they had technical difficulties. They kept announcing this… But ultimately, we queued up for two and a half hours – to get on one ride that lasted probably three, four, or five minutes.

So all the time you’re in the queue. You’re waiting, your feet are hurting, you’re thirsty, you’re hungry… You stood there thinking, “Oh, my gosh!” But then, within that four minutes of being in that experience, and coming out of there… You completely forgot about all that pain of waiting.
Why? Because the experience was SO incredibly good!!

Lots of planning has been happening over the last 48 hours, and lots of clarity on direction. Today, one of the things that I’ll be doing is holding some meetings with the team.
Generally, I’ll have a couple of meetings each week. We’ve got the the team that’s in the office with me here at Internet Profits HQ. And then we’ve got several people in various locations around the world, virtual.
Not everybody is able to be there due to timezone reasons, but essentially we’ll have a meeting in the morning with the the guys in the office. And then the meeting later on, live online, with the others.

I think that’s always important. To make sure everybody’s coming together and seeing everything, even though, like I say, sadly not everybody can be there.
But anyway, that’s what’s really happening today. Sharing with everybody, like, what’s been in my head, the plans that I’ve been making, getting everyone on the same page, and showing everyone the vision, the mission and everything that we’re striving towards. All the lives we want to impact, and how we plan to impact as many of those lives as physically possible with what it is that we’re doing.
Now, something I thought I’d share with you here today is a question that was asked to me yesterday, actually. And that is… One of our Certified Partners asked me in a comment on Facebook,
What is the number one, best way to drive traffic? What is the best way they should start out with, driving traffic?
It’s a real common question. Everybody wants to know…

“Thank you everybody. It is awesome to be here. And the presentation today is to essentially share with you the culmination of probably over a decade of testing.
The 4 Letter Word That Can Grow Any BusinessI’m somebody that, from a very young age, has been very entrepreneurial. And that has led me from some interesting, failed offline businesses… into the online internet business world.
Despite all the different things that I try, and that I test… there’s constantly one thing that continues to increase response, and grow the businesses that I either own or am involved in, or advise on.
And that’s what I want to share with you today. The story is actually going to revolve around cheese – so we’ll come back to that in a short moment.
But just before we do, I want to just make sure everybody’s clear… for those of you that perhaps do have businesses, or are looking to have businesses.

There Are Only Three Ways To Grow Your Business

1. The first of which is to get more customers, okay? It stands to reason that, if a customer comes through the door of your business, or visits your website, and purchases… that you are growing that business.
2. The second of which is to sell more to the customers at the point of sale. We’re all familiar with walking into a supermarket or a store, and you’ve got those items conveniently located just for us to grab at the checkout.

3. And the third of which is to actually have those customers return and buy from you again at a point in the future.
Now incidentally, as we look at these three ways to grow a business – and there really is no other way, ultimately, to grow a business other than this… What I can tell you from the different businesses I’m involved in, is typically…

The Bulk Of Any Business’s Profits Will Actually Be Made Once You’ve Got The Customer

…by bringing that customer back to buy more and more products.
But despite that… none of that can obviously happen, unless you have customers in the first place. So when I look at building a business, I always look at those three areas.
First of all, how do I get more customers? Secondly, now I’m getting them, how do I sell more to them? How do I deliver more value to that person, so that an exchange of value takes place?
TEDx BoltonBecause that’s ultimately what business is about. I’m giving you value, you’re giving me some value back.
And so one of the key areas, and one of the most difficult I would say, and one of the most expensive parts of any business… is to actually acquire that customer in the first place.
To get a stranger… somebody that’s never met you, never seen your brand, never come across your products, never seen your website, never seen anything to do with you… To have that person actually trust you enough to part with their value, their money, and give it to you. Especially when there is so much competition from most businesses that you’re competing with.

Now I’m a big food lover, probably not to my own health benefit. I absolutely love food. I love to travel and I love to eat, and try all different experiences that generally revolve around eating too much – because I’m always hungry!

“Oh my gosh, I do not know whether to laugh or cry. What a morning! Can’t believe this happened.
Good morning! Dean here of course. Welcome to another episode of The Drive. En route to Internet Profits HQ, much later than normal – 10:50 am!

Was at the office doing a webinar with our Certified Partners – unleashing some exciting news to our partners. I was at the office till pretty early in the morning.
So only managed to grab about five or six hours sleep today, and was awoken by some delivery men delivering a new washing machine. And so we installed this thing and they took the old one away.
And the position in which our washing machine goes, in our small utility room – it goes in a position where it’s near the door. So it slots into its little area – it’s slot that it goes into, under the units. And then you close the door.
Well, we put the thing on – my fiance did, Robyn – and we go to open the door afterwards, and it had rattled its way out and blocked the door! And like literally, there’s no other way in.

And We Stood There, Like, “What Do We Do?”

The door would only open a quarter of an inch. You could just see through, to see that it’s come out. So we went outside the house to look through the window, and we could see that it had come out by, like, 20 inches or so, and at an angle.
And it was just stuck. Like, there was no way we were getting through there. We tried everything. I tried with a golf club – pushing it – trying to wedge it back round. Could only just get it through the gap. But wouldn’t do anything.

We tried with our hands, but we couldn’t get enough leverage on it. And at this point we’re like, “What do we do?” My work clothes are in that room. I could not leave the house. I needed to get to my trousers, to my jacket. Everything I needed was in that room.

And I’m Like, “We’re Screwed!”

Honestly at a point where I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry! I’m like, “What on earth do we do!?”
After 60 to 90 minutes of trying everything, and deliberating every possible idea. There was really only one choice that we’d been avoiding. We had to grab a hammer and literally smash a hole through the door, so we could climb through.
So this morning has been insane!
But aside from giving you a good laugh at my expense, here on today’s Drive I want to tell you something that we discussed on our webinar with our Partners. And why we’re doing certain things, and making certain moves in the company over the next 12 weeks and beyond.
One thing is factually correct: That with supply and demand, and with inflation…

The Cost Of Advertising
